Toughbox Series 3/8 in. Hex Cluster Shaft

The runout on these parts is systematically horrible. We bought ten of these hoping to find a couple that were within spec and could be used to replace those that came in our transmissions. There's not technically a runout spec on the drawings, but not a single one was within tolerance relative to centerline for the dimensions and tolerances shown. This has historically led to rough running and eventual ceasing of many of our Toughbox Mini transmissions. Very disappointing, but a good opportunity to teach our youth members about QA/QC and the need to receipt inspection when a supplier doesn't live up to their representations.
